Our refund policy is pretty simple:

If put.io is not what you expected or you're not happy with its current performance, we will refund your money.

Say you meant to cancel your put.io subscription for the next payment period, but forgot to do so and we ended up charging you. We can refund that payment too.

We're not here to trick you. We understand that we can't please everyone, but we only want to serve happy customers.

PS: This refund policy excludes folks who use our platform heavily and then claim a refund in order to use our service for free.
