Meant to cancel before your subscription renewed, but forgot? Let us know and we’ll refund that payment too.
We’re not here to trick you. We know we can’t please everyone, and we’d rather you only pay for put.io if you’re happy with it.

Of course, this assumes you’re asking in good faith. Refunds aren’t a way to use put.io for free.
